Frequently asked questions
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to Settings → Billing and click the upgrade button for your desired plan. Payments are handled securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
Will I lose my data if I downgrade?
No. All your ideas, projects, decisions, and assets stay intact. You just can't create new ones beyond the free tier limits until you upgrade again.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings and click Export All Data. Your entire workspace downloads as a JSON file. This requires the Pro plan.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Foundry has a native iOS app available through TestFlight. It syncs with your web account in real-time.
What AI model does Foundry use?
Foundry uses Claude by Anthropic for AI-powered triage scoring, decision review, and weekly summaries. AI features are available on the Pro plan. Your data is not used to train any models.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email contact@foundry-os.io with a description of what happened. Include the page you were on, what you clicked, and what went wrong. Screenshots or screen recordings are extremely helpful.
